1. Nature of Products (Digital Goods)
All products sold on Slice of Pi are digital products. No physical goods are shipped.
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the purchased digital content. Delivery is considered complete once the download is made available.
2. Use of Open‑Source Software
All downloadable products sold on Slice of Pi are created using open‑source software and open‑source components.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are not purchasing ownership of the underlying open‑source software.
- You are paying for:
- The pre‑configuration of the product
- The curation, organization, and integration of open‑source components
- The time savings and convenience provided by receiving a ready‑to‑use configuration
- All products are provided for private, personal use, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any open‑source licenses applicable to included components remain in effect and must be complied with by the user. You can find a copy of the GNU General Public License v3.0 here.
3. License & Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated, Slice of Pi grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the purchased digital product for personal or internal use only.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the product
- Publicly publish or host the files
- Claim the product or configuration as your own
- Use the product in a way that violates any applicable laws or licenses
4. No Refund Policy, Chargebacks & Disputes (Digital Products)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the immediate access and irreversible nature of digital products, no refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
By completing a purchase on Slice of Pi, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- You receive instant or near-instant access to digital content upon payment
- Once access or download availability is granted, the transaction is final and non-reversible
- You waive any right to initiate a refund, chargeback, or payment dispute for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Accidental or mistaken purchases
- Change of mind
- Incompatibility with your system
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Failure to use the product
Any attempted chargeback or payment dispute may result in:
- Immediate revocation of access to all purchased products
- Permanent suspension from future purchases
- Submission of transaction records, IP logs, and download logs to the payment processor as evidence of digital delivery
Slice of Pi reserves the right to contest all chargebacks to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. User Responsibility & Download Limitations
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your system, software, and internet connection are compatible with our digital products prior to purchase.
Download Limits
To prevent abuse and unauthorized distribution:
- Each purchase is limited to five (5) downloads within a seventy-two (72) hour period
- Download limits are enforced automatically and cannot be reset
Failure to download the product within the allowed limits or timeframe does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Internet Connectivity Requirements
You acknowledge and agree that:
- A steady and reliable internet connection is required to download digital products
- Sliceofpi.shop is not responsible for failed, interrupted, slow, or incomplete downloads caused by:
- Poor internet speed or stability
- Network interruptions
- ISP throttling or outages
- Firewall, VPN, or security software interference
Inability to download due to user-side internet issues does not entitle the user to a refund, replacement, or extension.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your downloaded files. You acknowledge that these systems / apps are dependent on internet speeds, intranet connectivity and ports being accessible by the applications. Although these applications have been tested to be compatible with virtually most networking configurations we are not responsible for apps not working because of intranet, internet or network port issues on your network. These factors are out of our control and we accept zero responsibility for them and it is 100% you ” the buyers ” responsibility to maintain your own network and its configurations.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Merchantability
- Non‑infringement
We do not guarantee that the products will meet your specific requirements or operate without interruption or errors.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slice of Pi shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Issues arising from the use or inability to use our products
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue products at any time
- Update these Terms without prior notice
Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
